As We Ascend has launched a PledgeMusic campaign inviting fans to “be our label” and back the creation of upcoming album Farewell to Midnight.
The campaign video details some of the process the band has reached to get to this point. As We Ascend is taking the usual exclusive access for pledgers model to the next level, inviting fans to essentially serve as their record label. Anyone who pledges at a $50 or above level will get to listen to demos, give input on things like tracklisting and artwork and essentially participate in the album’s creation in the same way a traditional record label would.
