Report: ISIS Chops Off Hands of Two Children for Refusing to Execute Civilians

MOSUL, Iraq — Members of the barbaric Islamic group ISIS, which identifies itself as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, recently cut off the hands of two children for refusing to execute civilians.

Alsumaria News reports that the incident occurred in the ISIS-occupied territory of Mosul, being tipped off by an anonymous source.

“The Islamic State’s leaders issued orders to train a group of children on fighting in the group’s camps in Nables neighborhood, in the western side of Nineveh,” it outlined. “Meanwhile, members of the Islamic State terrorist group amputated the hands of two children for refusing to carry out the execution sentence on two civilians in front of their families.”

The children were between 10 and 12 years old.

As previously reported, just last month, a mother and her four children were reportedly burned alive in Kirkuk for leaving the jurisdiction of the caliphate.

“Members of the Islamic State burned a whole family that consisted of a mother and four children (three girls and a 9-month-old boy) in Hawija, for leaving the land of caliphate and fleeing toward Kirkuk,” Iraqi News outlined on Jan. 14, citing a source who desired to remain anonymous.

It said that the family was captured while fleeing the area, and then bound, doused with crude oil, and set ablaze.

“The Islamic State captured the family on the road linking between al-Riyad area and Hamrin Mountains, and burned them in front of a group of civilians, who were in their way toward al-Alam area east of Salahuddin,” the outlet explained.

The terror group also released a video last month showing how it trains children to execute prisoners. One of the most shocking segments of the video featured a toddler gunning down a man tied up in a children’s ball pit.

In the footage, the boy, who appears to be in an abandoned playground, enters the pit filled with broken balls where he finds the man tied to the fencing. An adult ISIS member hands him a small gun, which the child then holds up to take aim, scrunching his face.

After pulling the trigger, the toddler holds the gun in the air declaring, “Allahu akbar,” meaning, “Allah is the greatest (or above all others).”

Two other segments in the video show children beheading prisoners.

The report out of Mosul suggests that ISIS will amputate the hands of children who disobey orders to commit executions.

A special message from the publisher…

Dear Reader, because of your generous support, we have received enough funds to send many audio Bibles to Iraqi and Syrian refugees displaced by ISIS in the Middle East. Many have been distributed and received with gladness. Now, as the cold winds of winter blow in, we are seeking to also meet the physical needs of the people by providing fuel-operated heaters for the refugees and their children to stay warm. Would you join us by making a donation today to this important work (James 2:16)? Please click here to send a heater to a refugee family >>
